Participation Through Partnership Supporting Institutional Development
HBS believes that meaningful institutional and communication development is achieved through active participation, continuous cooperation, and the exchange of experience rather than isolated efforts or symbolic roles. The company adopts a partnership driven approach that focuses on presence, contribution, and long term collaboration across different environments and markets.
This approach enables HBS to support institutions and businesses through practical involvement, aligned communication strategies, and structured branding and management support without limiting its role to a single geography or sector.
The Company’s Role
HBS contributes through
Participation in institution related meetings and events
Supporting dialogue and coordination between organizations and businesses
Providing expertise in brand identity, advertising, and business management
Contributing to practical and sustainable institutional solutions
Scope of Engagement
HBS operates across multiple markets and sectors. While some initiatives are connected to Sudan, these efforts represent part of a broader participation model rather than an exclusive focus. The company remains engaged wherever cooperation and added value are achievable.

Mohamed Dawood’s Role Within This Framework
Within this model, Mohamed Dawood participates as a Co Founding Partner at HBS and is responsible for the Brand Identity and Advertising function.
His role includes
Supporting organizational and communication related efforts
Participating in meetings and development oriented activities
Contributing experience in business management, strategic planning, and crisis management
He does not perform technical execution, and his involvement is based on participation, coordination, and institutional support.
In addition to his role within the company, his membership in the Supreme Council of the Sudanese Community in Cairo, his role within the Executive Office of the Union of Sudanese Civil Society Organizations, and his ongoing cooperation with the Sudanese Embassy contribute positively to the company’s work. These roles support stronger institutional communication, better coordination, and a clearer understanding of organizational and community needs, which enhances the company’s ability to deliver relevant and practical solutions.
