SEO pricing in Egypt at HBS for 2026 starts from 20,000 EGP a month for the Foundation package, from 40,000 EGP for Growth and from 85,000 EGP for Dominance. For businesses targeting Saudi Arabia, the same packages start from 1,500, 3,000 and 6,000 SAR a month. This guide explains what you get for each amount, why SEO is billed monthly, how long results take according to Google itself, why a cheap offer can cost you more than it saves, and which numbers to track so you know your budget is working.
How much do SEO services cost in Egypt in 2026?
HBS 2026 prices for SEO come in three monthly packages, starting from 20,000 EGP and with the top tier starting from 85,000 EGP. Every figure in the table is a starting price, not a final one:
| Package | From (Egypt) | From (Saudi Arabia) | Focus of the work | Best for | First serious review |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Foundation | 20,000 EGP per month | 1,500 SAR per month | Fixing the technical base, optimizing your most important pages, a keyword plan, limited content and a monthly report | A small company or a new site in a moderately competitive sector | After 6 months |
| Growth | 40,000 EGP per month | 3,000 SAR per month | Everything in Foundation plus regular content, clean link building and preparation for AI search answers | A mid-sized company in a competitive sector that wants leads from search every month | After 6 months |
| Dominance | 85,000 EGP per month | 6,000 SAR per month | Advanced technical SEO for large sites, heavy content, digital PR and more than one market or language | E-commerce stores, large sites and highly competitive sectors | After 6 months, with a quarterly review |
Your final quote follows a free discovery call where we review your site, your competitors and the markets you target. These prices are valid as of October 2026 and exclude taxes and third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid plugins or themes and stock media, as well as any ad spend if you decide to run paid campaigns alongside SEO. Large sites and stores with thousands of pages will find their scope under our advanced SEO service.
Why is SEO priced monthly instead of as a one-off project?
Because SEO is continuous work, not a project you deliver and close: your site changes, your competitors publish every month and the results pages themselves move. A one-time audit is useful as a starting point, but it gives you a task list, not a result. The result comes from a cycle that repeats every month:
- Measure: what changed in impressions, clicks and leads since last month?
- Fix: new technical problems appear with every site update, such as a page deleted without a redirect or a section accidentally blocked from indexing.
- Publish: pages and articles that answer the questions your customers type into search.
- Earn: links and mentions from relevant sites, built over months.
- Adjust: move effort to what brings leads and stop what does not.
Content and links compound: a good page published today can keep bringing visits for a long time. That is why SEO is treated as an asset that grows, unlike ads, whose traffic stops when the budget stops.
What do you get inside an SEO package, and what is not included?
You get five workstreams whose intensity changes from package to package: technical fixes, content, link building and digital PR, AI search visibility, and reporting.
Technical fixes
We make sure Google can reach, index and understand your pages: load speed, mobile compatibility, duplicate pages, internal links, structured data, and an Arabic and English setup that shows each version to its own audience. Without this base, much of the value of any content you publish is lost.
Content
Keyword research in Arabic and English based on what your customers actually type, then optimizing your existing service pages and writing new pages and articles in the volume set by your package plan. Arabic content is written for the Arabic searcher from the start, never machine-translated from English.
Link building and digital PR
Links and mentions you earn from sites relevant to your sector because you have something worth citing: data, a useful guide, an expert view or a real partnership. We do not buy or sell links in any package.
AI search visibility
Google states in its guidance on AI features in Search that SEO best practices remain relevant for AI Overviews and AI Mode, and that there are no additional requirements or special optimizations needed to appear in them. So this workstream focuses on clear answers that are easy to quote, accurate structured data, and consistent information about your company everywhere it is mentioned. The full picture is in our GEO guide to getting cited by AI engines.
Reporting
A monthly report that answers three questions: what did we do, what changed in impressions and clicks, and how many leads came from search? A report that shows keyword rankings alone is not enough to make a decision.
Here is what the price covers and what is priced separately:
| Item | Inside the package | Outside the package |
|---|---|---|
| Website | Technical fixes and improvements to your current site | Rebuilding or redesigning the site, or moving it to another platform |
| Content | The pages and articles set in your package plan | Any extra writing beyond the plan volume |
| Links | Links and mentions earned from relevant sites | Bulk link buying (we do not offer it at any price) |
| Advertising | Coordinating keywords with your ads team when needed | Managing paid campaigns and the ad budget |
| Third-party costs | Advice on what your site actually needs | Hosting, domain, paid plugins or themes, stock media and taxes |
If your site needs a rebuild before SEO can help it, you will find that cost in our Egypt website design cost guide. Google Ads management is a separate HBS service starting from 10,000 EGP a month, and the ad budget itself is paid to Google directly.

What pushes the cost of SEO up or down?
The biggest factor in SEO cost is how competitive the keywords you want to rank for are, followed by your site's size and technical state and the number of markets and languages you target:
- Competition in your sector: real estate, clinics and education in Cairo or Riyadh are a completely different job from a manufacturer targeting niche terms with few competitors.
- Site size: a 15-page company site is not an e-commerce store with thousands of products and filter pages.
- Current technical state: a slow site full of duplicate pages needs months of fixing before content pays off.
- Number of markets and languages: targeting Egypt and Saudi Arabia in Arabic and English means four different keyword sets, not one translated set.
- Monthly content volume: the more pages and articles you need each month, the higher the cost.
- Digital PR intensity: earning mentions on news and specialist sites needs material worth publishing and steady outreach.
- Site history: old spammy links or a manual action from Google mean cleanup work before any growth.
- Who implements changes: direct access to the site shortens the path, while routing every change through another development team slows delivery.
How long does SEO take to show results?
First signals appear within weeks, clear commercial impact takes months, and no one can promise you a specific date. Google says the same in its SEO Starter Guide: every change you make takes some time to be reflected on Google's end, some changes take effect in a few hours while others could take several months, and you likely want to wait a few weeks before assessing whether your work had beneficial effects. It adds that not every change will result in a noticeable impact at all.
In practice, the work usually runs in this order:
- The first months: fixing the technical base, building the keyword plan and optimizing the most important pages.
- Next: impressions rise in Search Console before clicks do.
- Then: clicks arrive before leads, and organic search starts bringing measurable enquiries.
That is why we recommend budgeting for at least six months before judging any package. Anyone who promises a big jump within weeks is selling you expectations, not a plan.
Why are rock-bottom SEO offers a risk to your site?
Because a rock-bottom monthly fee cannot cover real fixing and content work, so the fastest way to show a "result" becomes cheap bulk links or machine-generated content, and Google treats both as policy violations.
Google's spam policies list buying or selling links for ranking purposes, using automated programs to create links to your site, and low-quality directory or bookmark site links as examples of link spam. They classify using generative AI tools to produce many pages without adding value for users as scaled content abuse. And they state that sites violating these policies may rank lower or not appear in results at all.
The cleanup is expensive. Google's page on disavowing links explains that if you have a manual action for unnatural links, you should first try to remove those links from the other sites and only disavow them if you cannot, and it describes the tool as an advanced feature to be used with caution because incorrect use can harm your site's performance in Search. In other words, the "saving" can end in months of work repairing what cheap links broke.
Warning signs in any SEO offer, cheap or expensive:
- A guaranteed first position: Google says plainly on its "Do you need an SEO?" page that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.
- A fixed number of links for a fixed price: an offer like "100 links a month" usually means bought or automated links.
- Submitting your site to thousands of search engines: the same Google page advises avoiding SEOs who talk about this or about link popularity schemes.
- Secret methods: anyone who will not explain what they plan to do to your site should not have access to it.
- Dozens of articles for a tiny fee: usually machine-generated or translated text with no editing.
- Ranking-only reports: no traffic, no leads and no detail on the work done.
- Accounts not in your name: your Search Console account, analytics and content must remain yours after the contract ends.
How does SEO pricing differ if you target Saudi Arabia?
HBS 2026 prices for SEO aimed at the Saudi market start from 1,500 SAR a month for Foundation, 3,000 SAR for Growth and 6,000 SAR for Dominance, and the difference that matters is the nature of the work itself:
- Searcher language: a searcher in Riyadh or Jeddah uses different vocabulary from a searcher in Cairo, so keywords are researched for each market separately.
- Local content: pages that speak to the Saudi reader with the names of their cities and the details of their market, not a copy of your Egyptian pages.
- Local results: if you have a branch or office in the Kingdom, a Google Business Profile for each location is part of the work.
- Size of the online audience: according to DataReportal's Digital 2026 Saudi Arabia report, there were 34.4 million internet users in the Kingdom at the end of 2025, a penetration rate of 99 percent, compared with 98.2 million users in Egypt at 82.7 percent according to the Egypt report. The audience is online in both markets; the question is who shows up first.
If you target both markets, build separate pages for each. To see why SEO has become a priority for companies in the Kingdom, read our guide to why Saudi businesses need SEO in 2026. SAR prices also exclude taxes and third-party costs.
What should you measure, and what should you ask before signing an SEO contract?
Measure leads from search first, then clicks and impressions, and treat keyword rankings as a supporting indicator, not a goal. Most of this data is available to you free: Google Search Console is a free service from Google that helps you monitor, maintain and troubleshoot your site's presence in Search results, and the account should be in your company's name:
- Leads from organic search: contact forms, calls and WhatsApp clicks.
- Clicks and impressions in Search Console: for your commercial keywords specifically, not all keywords.
- Traffic from searches that do not include your company name: because it measures new customers who did not know you before.
- Technical health: the number of indexed pages and open errors.
- Quality of earned links: which sites they came from and whether those sites relate to your sector.
- Presence in AI answers: is your company mentioned when your customers' core questions are asked?
Before signing, ask any provider these questions. The first three are suggested on Google's own page on hiring an SEO:
- What results do you expect for my site, and in what timeframe?
- How do you measure your success?
- Will you share every change you make to my site, along with the reasoning?
- Where exactly will the links come from, and do you pay for any of them?
- How many pages or articles a month does the package include, and who writes the Arabic content?
- What does the price not include?
- What happens to my accounts and content if I end the contract?
Are you ready to choose the right SEO package for your site?
You are ready once you know your sector, your competitors and the market you target, and the rule is simple: Foundation for a site that needs a sound base, Growth for a company that wants leads from search every month, and Dominance for large sites and the most competitive sectors. Choose by your goal, not by the lowest number, and ask for a written quote that states what sits inside and outside the package.
