Hyper Business Solution (HBS) is a B2B digital holding company based in Cairo, serving clients across Egypt and the Gulf through three specialized arms — HBS Tech, HBS Creatives, and HBS Growth — plus our flagship SEO platform, RankLab. We help ambitious businesses turn aspirations into realities.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own new revenue. You'll be the engine that turns our strong service portfolio into a steady pipeline of B2B clients — opening doors in Egypt and the Gulf, and closing deals across web development, branding, SEO, and paid media.
What you'll do
- Build and own a B2B sales pipeline from prospecting to close, across Egypt and the GCC.
- Identify the right decision-makers, run discovery calls, and translate client needs into tailored HBS proposals.
- Work with our technical, creative, and growth teams to scope and price winning solutions.
- Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets, and report pipeline health to leadership.
- Represent HBS in meetings, pitches, and industry events, and nurture long-term client relationships.
What you bring
- 4–7 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in agencies, SaaS, or digital services.
- A track record of closing mid-to-large deals and managing a real pipeline with CRM discipline.
- Fluent Arabic and strong English — comfortable selling to both Egyptian and Gulf clients.
- Commercial instinct: you understand digital services well enough to talk credibly with founders and marketing leaders.
Nice to have
- An existing network in the Gulf market.
- Experience selling SEO, web, or SaaS products.
