Hyper Business Solution (HBS) runs paid media, search marketing, and analytics for B2B clients across Egypt and the Gulf — and we're building our own demand-generation engine, including for our flagship SEO platform, RankLab.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid growth end-to-end: planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI — for clients and for HBS itself.
What you'll do
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Own the full funnel: targeting, creative testing, budgets, bidding, and conversion tracking.
- Build dashboards and report clearly on spend, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline impact.
- Run HBS's own demand generation and support RankLab user acquisition.
- Work with creative and content teams to ship high-performing ad assets.
What you bring
- 3–6 years managing paid media budgets with proven ROAS/CAC results.
- Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; strong with analytics (GA4, pixels, conversion APIs).
- Data-driven and comfortable optimizing against real revenue, not vanity metrics.
- Fluent Arabic and good English, with an eye for what resonates in MENA markets.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing a SaaS product or B2B services.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and marketing automation.
