Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js · Node.js · MongoDB)

HBS Group builds custom web platforms, enterprise software, and integrations for B2B clients across Egypt and the Gulf — on a modern stack (Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB). Web and software development is our largest practice, and it's growing fast.

We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of delivery: shipping client projects end-to-end and helping shape how we build. You'll work directly with the founder and have real influence over architecture and standards.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Own features end-to-end — from database schema and APIs to polished, responsive front-ends.
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs (payments, CRMs, marketing tools, MCP servers).
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and review the work of others.
• Help define engineering standards and mentor junior developers as the team grows.

What you bring

• 5+ years of full-stack experience, with deep Next.js / React and Node.js expertise.
• Strong with MongoDB (or similar) and RESTful API design.
• Comfortable owning a project from spec to production deployment (Vercel a plus).
• Good communication in Arabic and English, and a bias for shipping.

Nice to have

• TypeScript, Drizzle/Prisma, and experience with auth (Better Auth, OAuth).
• Interest in AI tooling, MCP, or building SaaS products.

Why HBS

Real ownership from day one, a modern stack, direct access to the founder, and the chance to grow into a technical lead role. Hybrid work and competitive compensation.
