Social media management pricing at HBS for 2026 starts from 24,000 EGP a month in Egypt (1,700 SAR in Saudi Arabia) for a 12-post package, and the Advanced package with 30 posts, reels and community management starts from 72,000 EGP (5,150 SAR). The number of posts alone does not explain the gap between the quotes you receive; the real difference is the work behind each post: the plan, the design, the Arabic copy, the replies to your audience and the report. This guide shows our packages and their prices, breaks down what any package should include and what is billed on top, compares platforms in Egypt and Saudi Arabia with verified figures, and explains how to judge results and how to spot a cheap quote before you pay for it.
How much does social media management cost at HBS in 2026?
HBS 2026 prices start from 24,000 EGP a month in Egypt and 1,700 SAR a month in Saudi Arabia, across three packages that scale with the number of posts, the formats and the volume of conversation we handle for you. These are starting prices; the final quote follows a free discovery call where we learn your business, your audience and your goals.
| Package | What it includes | Egypt (monthly) | Saudi Arabia (monthly) | Cycle | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 12 posts with original design, Arabic copy and scheduling | From 24,000 EGP | From 1,700 SAR | Monthly | A business that wants a steady presence of roughly three posts a week |
| Growth | 20 posts plus stories and a monthly performance report | From 42,000 EGP | From 3,000 SAR | Monthly | A brand that posts regularly and wants to measure what works and adjust its plan every month |
| Advanced | 30 posts plus reels and community management | From 72,000 EGP | From 5,150 SAR | Monthly | A business that gets enquiries and sales every day through messages and comments |
Prices are valid as of October 2026 and exclude taxes and third-party costs: the paid ad budget you pay directly to the platforms, influencer fees, licensed stock photos and footage, and subscriptions to any paid tools you request.
What does a social media management package really include, and what is billed on top?
A serious package covers seven things: strategy, a content calendar, design, Arabic copywriting, publishing, community management and reporting. Any item missing from this list gets paid for later, in your time or in your page's reputation.
| Item | What it means in practice | In HBS packages |
|---|---|---|
| Strategy | Defining the audience, goals, content pillars and platforms before the first post | All packages |
| Content calendar | A monthly plan with dates, formats and ideas that you approve before production | All packages |
| Design | Original designs built on your visual identity rather than generic templates | All packages |
| Arabic copywriting | Copy in your audience's dialect and your brand's voice, with the right hashtags | All packages |
| Publishing and scheduling | Each post goes out at the right time for its platform | All packages |
| Stories and monthly report | Light daily content and a monthly reading of the numbers with recommendations for next month | Growth and above |
| Reels and community management | Short videos within the plan, replies to comments and messages, and handing enquiries to your sales team | Advanced |

What is usually billed outside the package?
- Paid ad budget: paid directly to the platform, and running the campaigns is a separate service: media buying and campaign management.
- Shoots: photo or video sessions of your products, team or premises.
- Influencers: their fees and the coordination of the collaboration.
- Extra reels: any videos beyond the monthly plan, especially with advanced editing, voice-over or motion graphics.
- Licensed content: photos, footage and music from paid libraries.
- Live coverage: events and exhibitions outside normal working hours.
Why does design cost differ from copywriting and community management?
Because each is a different skill with a different rhythm: design takes the most time per post, copywriting decides whether the reader understands you and acts, and community management is daily work that continues after the post goes live. That is why you should ask any provider to split the quote into these lines so you know where your money goes.
- Design: a single post goes through an idea, a draft, revisions and approval, and carousels and animation multiply the effort. Design built on a clear identity is faster and more consistent; if you do not have an identity yet, read logo and brand identity design cost in Egypt 2026 before you sign for content.
- Arabic copywriting: this is the difference between a sentence that gets read and a sentence that sells. A good writer knows when to write in Egyptian colloquial, when to move closer to the Saudi audience's dialect and when to stay in Modern Standard Arabic, and keeps one voice for your brand across dozens of posts. Arabic readers spot literal translation and unedited machine-generated copy in the first line.
- Community management: replies to comments and messages, approved answers to frequent questions and fast escalation of complaints. This is fixed daily time, which is why it sits in the HBS Advanced package.
Moving from Starter to Growth adds eight posts, stories and the monthly report, and moving to Advanced adds reels and community management. The price increase pays for heavier formats and extra daily work, which explains the gap better than the post count.
What pushes social media management pricing up or down?
The biggest drivers are the number of platforms, the formats, the daily message volume, the number of languages and dialects, and how ready your identity and raw content are.
- Number of platforms: each extra platform means different sizes, formats and writing style, and one copy pasted everywhere underperforms everywhere.
- Formats: a static post is lighter than a carousel, and a carousel is lighter than a reel that needs an idea, a script, filming and editing.
- Conversation volume: a page that receives ten messages a day is a different job from one that receives hundreds.
- Languages and dialects: content in Arabic and English, or for Egyptian and Saudi audiences at once, means double writing and double review.
- Sector: medical, financial and real estate content needs closer review before publishing.
- Approval cycle: the more people who approve content on your side, the longer it takes and the more revision rounds you get.
- Raw content: real product photos and ready footage reduce the need for shoots and paid libraries.
- Seasons: Ramadan, Eid and sales seasons need a dedicated plan and heavier coverage.

Which platform fits your audience in Egypt and Saudi Arabia?
In Egypt, Facebook remains the platform with the widest reach, with YouTube and TikTok close behind; in Saudi Arabia, TikTok leads, followed by YouTube and Snapchat. That is what DataReportal's 2026 reports for Egypt and Saudi Arabia show, based on the platforms' own advertising tools in late 2025.
| Platform | Ad audience in Egypt | Ad audience in Saudi Arabia |
|---|---|---|
| 51.6 million | 17.7 million | |
| YouTube | 49.3 million | 27.5 million |
| TikTok (aged 18 and above) | 48.8 million | 38.6 million |
| 21.7 million | 18.2 million | |
| Snapchat | 20.6 million | 25.3 million |
| LinkedIn (registered members) | 15.0 million | 12.0 million |
| X | 4.64 million | 15.0 million |
Read these figures as a guide to how many people ads can reach rather than a count of active users; the report warns that they are not the same as monthly active users, and the Saudi TikTok figure exceeds the adult population, which the report republishes as the platform states it. In Egypt there were 51.3 million social media user identities aged 18 and above at the end of 2025, equivalent to 68.8 percent of the adult population, and Messenger ads reach 37.0 million users, so the inbox is a core part of any Egyptian plan.
- A consumer store or service in Egypt: Facebook and Instagram, plus TikTok if your product is best explained on video.
- A consumer brand in Saudi Arabia: Snapchat, TikTok and Instagram, plus X if your audience follows news and public debate.
- B2B services in both markets: LinkedIn first, with one supporting platform.
The practical rule: two or three platforms you do well beat five platforms carrying near-identical copies.
How do you judge social media management results?
Judge them by what sits closest to revenue: qualified enquiries, cost per lead and sales you can trace back to their source. Reach means people saw the post; it does not mean they bought.
- Reach and impressions: a spread metric that tells you whether anyone sees the content at all, and nothing more.
- Quality engagement: saves, shares, real comments and messages matter more than likes.
- Leads: messages, calls, WhatsApp clicks and submitted forms, with qualified leads separated from the curious.
- Cost per lead: when you run paid ads, divide the month's spend by the number of qualified leads and compare the result with what a customer is worth to you.
- Sales: add UTM tags to your links and record each customer's source in a CRM or even a simple spreadsheet.
A good monthly report answers three questions: what worked, what did not, and what changes next month. And remember that social media builds demand while search ads capture the people looking for you right now; to split your budget between the two, read Google Ads cost in Egypt 2026.
What are the red flags in very cheap social media management packages?
The clearest signs are three: template designs, recycled captions and promises of a set number of followers. You will see quotes far below ours, and this is what is usually missing from them:
- Designs from template libraries: the same design you see on your competitors' pages with the logo and colours swapped.
- Recycled captions: generic lines that fit any business, unedited machine-generated copy, or posts lifted from other pages.
- Bought followers: Instagram announced back in 2018 that it would begin removing inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity, and TikTok's Community Guidelines do not allow the trade of services that artificially increase engagement and state that it will remove fake followers or likes. A bought follower never buys from you, and it distorts every number you read.
- No plan and no calendar: a stream of posts with no goal, no pillars and no prior approval.
- Cosmetic reports: likes and follower counts only, with no enquiries, no cost and no recommendations.
- Control of your accounts: asking for your password instead of roles in Meta Business Suite, or creating the page and the ad account in the provider's name rather than yours.
- Unlimited posts for a low flat fee: effort has limits, and unlimited volume means quality with no standard.
What should you ask any social media management company before signing?
At minimum, ask who writes, who owns the accounts and files, how results are measured and what is billed outside the package. This list exposes most of the differences between quotes in a single meeting:
- Who writes the Arabic content and in which dialect? Can I see samples from my sector?
- Are the designs original and built on my identity? Who owns the source files when the contract ends?
- How will you access my accounts: roles in Meta Business Suite or a password? Does the ad account stay in my name?
- How many revision rounds does each post include? When do I receive the monthly calendar for approval?
- What is the response time for comments and messages, and during which hours?
- Which metrics does the monthly report show? Does it include leads and their cost?
- What exactly is not included: shoots, extra reels, influencers and ad budget?
- How long is the contract and what are the exit terms?
